Hindi Synopsis: Madhav Shastry (Madhavan) is an engineering student who is not at all interested in girls. He hates Rajeev (Saif Ali Khan) who is just the opposite a stylish Casanova who has girls after him all the time. After college they separate, Madhav joins a firm while Rajeev goes off to the US. While Madhav�s father coaxing him to get settled he ignores until he meets Reena (Diya Mirza) and falls in love, but she is set to be engaged to a childhood friend who she hasn�t seen for years. On his fathers and friends advice, Madhav pretends to be Reena�s childhood friend to wins her love. He succeeds and Reena falls for him. But when Reena meets her real suito(Fiance) everything goes haywire..
