HIndiSynopsis: The story of the modern version of Devdas, Dev D, revolves around the ultimate lover, Dev, the son of a zamindar (tax collector), who is deeply in love with his childhood friend and sweetheart, Paro (Mahi Gill). Unlike other remakes of the saga, Dev D proclaims Dev to be a hypocrite, who does not have the courage to stand up for his own rights, forget about declaring his love in front of his family.
